

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is charged as an annual fee, which may be paid in installments due on the 1st of each month from August 1st through May 1st, or may be paid for a full semester or the whole year at once.
Tuition will be paid through the FACTS tuition management system.
Families will have the option to pay for the school year in full, by semester, or monthly, through automatic payments set-up through FACTS. There is an additional fee of $25 or $55 - based on payment plan selected - that is charged by FACTS to set up automatic payments.

Application Fee
A completed application will add your student to our waitlist; all seats are then filled based upon the waitlist (non-refundable)
Enrollment Fee
Paid at the time that a seat is available for the student and the enrollment package is completed

Other Fees and Information
Return Check/Insufficient Funds Fee
The returned check fee/insufficient funds fee as charged by the Three Oaks Academy banking institution, plus a $35 processing fee will be assessed to your Three Oaks Academy account.
Late Pickup Fee
There will be a $15 late pickup fee charged for any student not picked up by 3:15pm, with an additional $20 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
Disciplinary Item Return Fee
There will be a $15 disciplinary item return fee charged upon the return of any item or device, electronic or otherwise, that has been confiscated for cause from a student by an instructor or staff member.
